- Admitted students should intention to enroll, please complete the enrollment confirmation between July 27 and July 28, 2026 by selecting one of the following options " Willing to Enroll ", " Decline Enrollment ". Please note that failure to reply within the specified deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of your admission status.
- Registration Period: Please ensure you arrive on time for registration between Thursday, July 30, from 09:00 to 16:00 (lunch break: 12:00–13:30) at either Room 309, Ge-Zhi Building (International Affairs Section) on the Taipei Campus.
- Required documents for Registration Office:
- One original copy of the certificate or diploma of the highest degree obtained abroad(or documentation of equivalent academic attainment)verified by a Taiwanese overseas embassy or consulate.
- One original copy of year-by-year grade transcript of the highest degree obtained abroad issued by the academic institution and verified by a Taiwanese overseas embassy or consulate.
- A financial statement with sufficient funds (to support your study in Taiwan) and the official bank stamp.
- For Bachelor’s degree programs, a TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) certificate for A2 level or above is required. For Master’s degree programs, a TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) certificate for B1 level or above is required.
- Admitted students must pay the required tuition and fees and complete the registration procedures in accordance with the regulations. Failure to do so will be regarded as a forfeiture of admission.

Please note that failure to reply within the specified deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of your admission status.
- Registration Period: Please ensure you arrive on time for registration between Monday, June 22 and Friday, June 26, 2026, from 09:00 to 16:00 (lunch break: 12:00–13:30) at either Room 309, Ge-Zhi Building (International Affairs Section) on the Taipei Campus, or the Room 104, Chi-Wo Building (Office of Academic Affairs) on the Hsinchu Campus.

CUTe handles the recruitment of international students and does not commission any external institution, legal person, group, or individual to handle related matters except publicity and promotions, and to assist students coming to Taiwan undertake the necessary related procedures.
CUTe will also verify whether any commissioned party has collected any unreasonable fees from international students, established any loan relationship with any international student, or whether any other violation of related ordinances has occurred, and when necessary, CUTe may check details with international students who are applying for admission.
CUTe handles events related to the admission of international students or commissions an external institution, legal person, group, or individual to do so, and provides information that is consistent with the admission regulation, admission guidelines, or any related regulations.

- Please first ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements for application and carefully review the admission guidelines. Prepare all required documents in accordance with the regulations. Applications must be submitted through the International Student Online Application System (https://isas.cute.edu.tw). Paper-based submissions will not be accepted.
- Important Reminder: Applicants must complete all information and upload all required documents within the application deadline. Failure to do so due to personal reasons, resulting in the loss or disqualification of application eligibility, shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

- Language Proficiency Requirements
- Bachelor degrees’program (Non-full English programs) will be taught in Chinese. Applicants should have Chinese proficiency level at least TOCFL A2 or above.
- Master degrees’program (Non-full English programs) will be taught in Chinese. Applicants should have Chinese proficiency level at least TOCFL B1 or above.
- Financial Statement Standards
- Proof of USD 3,500 or equivalent to NTD 110,000 issued by a financial institution, or proof of scholarship.

Bachelor's Program
- 50% reduction in tuition and fees for each semester in the first academic year (2 semesters).
- 50% reduction in tuition and fees for each semester of renewal for the 2nd to 4th academic year (3rd to 8th semester):
- The overall average academic score and conduct grade in the previous semester must be 80 (inclusive) or above or ranked in the top 30% of the class.
- Completed the 1-year Chinese license tutoring course and missed less than 1/3 of the class hours.
- Obtain Test of Chinese Language Proficiency (TOCFL) Level B1 (inclusive) or above.
Master's Program
- 50% reduction in tuition and fees for the first semester.
- 50% reduction in tuition and fees for each semester of renewal for the 2nd to 4th semester:
- The overall average academic score in the previous semester is 85 (inclusive) or above.
- The number of missed hours in the previous semester did not reach 1/6 of the total hours in the semester.
- Obtain Test of Chinese Language Proficiency (TOCFL) Level B2 (inclusive) or above.
