• 申請人須出具由銀行開立足夠在臺就學之銀行帳戶存款證明(USD 3,500美元以上或NTD $100,000臺幣以上)或政府、本校或民間機構提供獎助學金之證明。財力證明不得採用代辦、公司行號或個人開立證明。
  

Applicants must provide proof of bank account deposit sufficient to study in Taiwan (more than USD $3,500 or more than NTD $100,000) or proof of scholarships and bursaries provided by the government, the CUTe or private organizations. Proof of financial resources should not be issued by an agency, company or individual.

Ứng viên phải cung cấp bằng chứng về số tiền gửi tài khoản ngân hàng đủ để học tập tại Đài Loan (3.500 USD trở lên hoặc 100.000 NTD) hoặc bằng chứng về học bổng và trợ cấp do chính phủ, trường học hoặc các tổ chức tư nhân cung cấp. 說明 Note / Chú ý / Catatan：

• 錄取國際專修部學位先修生於第一年限修讀華語課程，學期間每週20小時，全學年共修讀720小時，第一年修業期滿前應達華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)聽力與閱讀測驗基礎級A2標準後，轉入原錄取之學系自大一起修習，並於升大二前應達到華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)聽力與閱讀測驗進階級B1標準。

Students who are admitted to the International Foundation Program need to take Chinese Courses for the 1st year (20 hours per week for two semesters, which is 720 Learning Hours in total). Students need to reach at least A2 level of TOCFL within the 1st year and then bridge to the department you applied for and reach at least B1 level of TOCFL before being sophomore.

Sau khi nhập học chương trình dự bị Đại học Quốc Tế , năm thứ nhất sẽ ưu tiên học tiếng Trung, mỗi kỳ 1 tuần/20 tiếng, tổng thời gian học tiếng Trung năm thứ nhất là 720 giờ; sau khi hoàn thành hết khóa học năm thứ 1 sinh viên phải thi đỗ TOCFL A2 mới đủ điều kiện đăng kí nhập học chương trình đại học; cũng như sau khi hoàn thành khóa học năm thứ 2 sinh viên cần thi đỗ TOCFL B1 để đủ điều kiện tiếp tục các năm học sau.

Calon Mahasiswa/i Murid yang diterima yang terterima Program Fondasi Internasional, wajib mengikuti kelas Bahasa Mandarin di tahun pertama(20 jam perminggu total 2 Semester, yang mencapai 720 jam pembelajaran). Murid peserta didik wajib mencapai mencapai nilai TOCFL A2 bersertifikat dalalm kurun waktu 1 tahun pertama, pada saat naik pada kuliah tahun ke 2 harus mencapai nilai ujian (TOCFL) ujian Mendengar dan Membaca dengan nilai B1.

• 先修生因故缺席，得參照本校「學生請假規則」至國際專修部請假，未經核准請假或請假未核准而缺席者視為曠課。先修生缺(曠)課時數達15小時(含以上)由國際專修部約談學生並進行列管輔導，累計至30小時記小過1次，累計45小時記大過1次，每累計15小時再記大過1次，累計滿三次大過，依據本校「學生獎懲辦法」予以退學處分。

In case of absence due to reasons, pre-students may refer to the University's "Student Leave Regulations" to apply for leave from the International Foundation Program. Absences without approved leave or absences despite unapproved leave shall be considered truancy. Pre-students who accumulate 15 hours or more of truancy will be counseled by the International Foundation Program and subjected to a disciplinary record. Accumulating 30 hours of truancy will result in a minor offense, accumulating 45 hours will result in a major offense, and each subsequent accumulation of 15 hours will result in an additional major offense. After accumulating three major offenses, the student will be expelled according to the "Student Rewards and Punishments Regulations" of the University.

Sinh viên có điều kiện vắng mặt vì bất kỳ lý do gì có thể tham khảo “Quy định nghỉ phép của sinh viên” của trường để xin nghỉ phép. Những sinh viên vắng học không phép sẽ bị coi là trốn tiết. . Nếu sinh viên vắng mặt trong 15 giờ , phía nhà trường sẽ thực thi các hoạt động phụ đạo cho sinh viên đó. Sinh viên sẽ bị tích một điểm xấu nhỏ nếu vắng mặt 30 giờ, và tích một điểm xấu lớn nếu vắng mặt đến 45 giờ. số giờ tích lũy sẽ được ghi nhận thêm mỗi giờ ,một lỗi nghiêm trọng và nếu có tổng cộng ba lỗi nghiêm trọng, học sinh sẽ bị đuổi khỏi trường theo "Các biện pháp khen thưởng và trừng phạt học sinh" của nhà trường.

• 先修生於國際專修部修讀華語課程期間或期滿後，應達華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)之聽力與閱讀測驗基礎級A2標準(含以上)，得接續修讀所錄取之學系一年級；未達標準者，採退學處分。

Pre-students who have completed or reached the end of the Mandarin course in the International Foundation Program must achieve a listening and reading test score of A2 or above on the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) to be eligible to continue studying in the first year of the enrolled department. Those who fail to meet the standard will be subject to expulsion.

Sinh viên phải đạt tiêu chuẩn TOCFL A2  trong bài kiểm tra nghe và đọc của kì thi Năng lực Hoa ngữ(TOCFL) trong hoặc sau khóa học tiếng Trung tại Chương trình Dự bị Đại học Quốc tế và có thể tiếp tục học tại chương trình được tuyển vào hệ Đạo học; nếu không đạt chuẩn sẽ bị đuổi học.

Pre-students who have completed or reached the end of the Mandarin course in the International Foundation Program must pass the listening and reading test of the TOCFL at the basic level of A2. Siswa prasyarat harus pindah ke departemen yang diterima setelah lulus tes mendengarkan dan membaca Tingkat Dasar A2 dari Tes Kemahiran Bahasa Cina (TOCFL) selama atau setelah selesainya kursus bahasa Cina di Departemen Studi Internasional untuk bekerja sama perlu keluar dari sekolah, tidak boleh terus tinggal di Departemen Studi Internasional.

After one year of formal study in the Bachelor program, students are allowed to apply for a transfer to academic departments in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, long-term care, service and e-commerce within the university or other universities.

Sinh viên có thể nộp đơn xin chuyển khoa hoặc trường trong các ngành sản xuất, xây dựng, nông nghiệp- chăm sóc dài hạn, dịch vụ và thương mại điện tử sau một năm học các khóa học cử nhân chính quy của chương trình Đại học.

Setelah tahun pertama gelar program Sarjana, peserta didik diperbolehkan untuk mengganti jurusan ke manufaktur, konstruksi, pertanian dan perawatan pertanian, industri jasa dan industri e-commerce dan institusi lain yang terkait atas pengajuan permohonan pindah jurusan atau sekolah.

• 學雜費減免：華語先修課程第一學年(兩學期)提供學費全免優惠，僅支付每學期雜費13,745元，無任何條件限制。

Chinese Preparatory Program (1st ~ 2nd Semester) full tuition fee waiver, the miscellaneous fee for the per semester are NTD $13,745 and no any restrictions.

Miễn học phí tạp phí: Năm học thứ 1 (2 học kỳ) của Khóa dự bị tiếng Trung sẽ được miễn toàn bộ học phí. Chỉ nộp 13,745 Đài tệ các khoản tạp phí mỗi học kỳ sẽ được thanh toán mà không có bất kỳ điều kiện nào.

Program Fondasi Internasional Bahasa Mandarin tahun pertama (semester 1-2) bebas kuliah sepenuhnya. Biaya lain-lain untuk per semester adalah NTD$ 13.745 dan tanpa syarat.

• 獎助學金：學士學位課程根據「中國科技大學境外學生獎助學金作業要點」，進入大一的第二學年(兩學期)，提供每學期獎助學金學雜費半免，無任何條件限制，大二至大四的每學期，則依據獎助學金辦法申請。

Bachelor’s degree program (1st ~ 2rd Semester of Bachelor degree program) tuition waiver scholarship per semester is 50% and no any restrictions. For 3rd to 8th semester of bachelor degree program, student could apply for scholarship based on new scholarship regulations.

Học bổng: Theo "Học bổng và điểm cấp cho sinh viên nước ngoài của Đại học KHKT Trung Quốc", cung cấp học bổng giảm một nửa học phí tạp phí cho đại học năm 1 (2 học kỳ), không có bất kỳ hạn chế nào.
