本校辦理外國學生招生事務，除宣傳推廣及協助學生辦理來臺相關必要程序外，未委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理；並適時確認其對外國學生是否收取不合理之費用、成立借貸關係或其他違反相關法令之情形，必要時得向申請之外國學生查核。本校自行或委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理宣傳外國學生招生相關事項，未提供與招生規定、招生簡章或相關規定不一致之資訊。
CUTe handles the recruitment of international students and does not commission any external institution, legal person, group, or individual to handle related matters except publicity and promotions, and to assist students coming to Taiwan undertake the necessary related procedures.
CUTe will also verify whether any commissioned party has collected any unreasonable fees from international students, established any loan relationship with any international student, or whether any other violation of related ordinances has occurred, and when necessary, CUTe may check details with international students who are applying for admission.
CUTe handles events related to the admission of international students or commissions an external institution, legal person, group, or individual to do so, and provides information that is consistent with the admission regulation, admission guidelines, or any related regulations.

- 持越南高中或高專畢業學歷，每學年平均成績須達6分以上。
The applicant should hold a valid Vietnamese high school diploma, and the average score each semester should be over 6.0.

- 本專班申請入學時，希望申請者之華語文能力測驗能達A1級，入學後須於一年級下學期結束前通過華語文能力測驗A2級以上，未通過者將予以退學。
When applying for admission to this program, it is preferred that applicants achieve TOCFL A1 (Level 1). The students of this program must pass TOCFL A2 (Level 2) by the end of the first academic year. Those who fail to pass TOCFL A2 (Level 2) will be withdrawn from CUTe.
Khi đăng ký nhập học hệ này, chúng tôi hy vọng rằng sinh viên có bằng TOCFL A1 (Level 1). Sau khi nhập học sinh viên phải có bằng TOCFL A2 (Level 2) trở lên trước khi kết thúc học kỳ hai của năm học thứ 1. Những học sinh không đạt sẽ bị cho thôi học. - 財力證明基準 / Financial Statement Standards
- 由金融機構開立3,500美元或等同新臺幣10萬元之財力證明或獎學金證明。
Proof of USD 3,500 or equivalent to NTD 100,000 issued by a financial institution, or proof of scholarship.

The above amounts are the actual fees payable by the student. Tuition fees for the first two academic years (4 semesters), and accommodation fees for the first academic year (2 semesters) have been deducted from the university's scholarships. Fees may adjust, and the final amount payable each semester will be based on the official announcement for that academic year. This is for reference only.
Dữ liệu trên đây là chi phí thực tế sinh viên phải đóng tiền. Học phí tạp phí năm học thứ nhất và năm học thứ hai (4 học kỳ) và phí ký túc xá năm học thứ nhất (2 học kỳ) đã được trừ vào học bổng do nhà trường cung cấp.
