依照勞工保險條例第6條規定，年滿15歲以上，65歲以下之下列勞工，應以其雇主或所屬團體或所屬機構為投保單位，全部參加勞工保險為被保險人。 

• 勞工保險的月投保薪資應根據 「勞工保險薪資分級表」中所列的被保險人的月薪總額進行申報。

The monthly insurance salary of Labor Insurance should be filed based on the total amount of the insured person’s monthly salary according to the “Table of Grades of Labor Insurance Salary”.

• 持居留證明文件且在臺連續居留滿6個月的外國人士，依法必須加入「全民健康保險」（以下簡稱健保）。
Foreign nationals holding a residence permit and residing in Taiwan continuously for six months are required by law to enroll in the National Health Insurance (hereinafter referred to as NHI).
